Sibabrata’s multidisciplinary background enables him to craft innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions across diverse development challenges.

Prakash brings over 17 years of multi-sectoral experience with international and national organisations, working at the intersection of programme design, implementation, public policy analysis, research, monitoring & evaluation, and strategy. He has contributed significantly across cross-cutting sectors including agricultural innovation for smallholders, institution building, rural livelihoods, land rights, climate justice, education, health, and nutrition. Prakash’s expertise lies in strategic positioning, designing and scaling large development programmes, implementation oversight, and institutionalising robust monitoring and evidence systemsto drive learning and impact. His ability to integrate insights across sectors makes him a valuable contributor to transformative and sustainable development initiatives.

Juhi is a seasoned development professional with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of financial inclusion, livelihoods, women’s economic empowerment, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). She brings deep expertise in primary and secondary research, programme design and management, evaluation, and partnership development, with a strong focus on enhancing community resilience, advancing financial inclusion, and strengthening livelihoods. Juhi has worked with a range of stakeholders, including microfinance institutions, philanthropic organisations, NGOs, and bilateral and multilateral funders, making her well-versed in both grassroots realities and strategic programme implementation.
